I just received a heads up via email that the 1991 series is soon to be available on DVD! It appears the series will be released as a 3 DVD collection on October 18th with a list price of $39.95 USD. No word as of yet on any extras that might be included but I'll update this section as more info becomes available. (source: Rachel - site visitor)
